Refund Policy
All Online and In-Store Cannabis and Cannabis accessory purchases are Final Sale.
Kiaro may offer a refund or exchange under one of the following circumstances:
1. If a cannabis product is contaminated.
2. If a cannabis product is subject to a recall.
3. If an accessory product arrives damaged and/or defective.
4. If you were given the incorrect product in store.
5. If you were shipped an incorrect product or if an item is missing from your shipment.
If your purchase qualifies for a refund or exchange, it must be completed within 15 days of the original purchase and you must have your proof of purchase. The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
