This Delivery Policy applies to all cannabis delivery orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
1. Legal Age Requirement
You must be of legal age to purchase cannabis in your province or territory. In British Columbia, you must be 19 years of age or older to purchase, receive, or possess non-medical cannabis.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase cannabis. Age verification is required at delivery.
2. Licensed Cannabis Retailer
Cannabis products offered through this website are sold by a licensed cannabis retailer. Cannabis delivery is only available where permitted by applicable cannabis laws and regulations.
3. Delivery Area
Delivery is only available within the areas we are legally permitted to serve.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery orders outside our approved service area or where delivery cannot be completed safely, legally, or operationally.
4. Delivery Windows
Delivery windows are scheduled in two-hour intervals. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by order volume, weather, traffic, staffing, or other operational factors.
Please ensure you are available during your selected delivery window to meet the driver and complete the required verification process.
5. Delivery Notes
Please add any notes for the driver in the comments section at checkout, such as buzzer number, access instructions, gate code, or other delivery details.
Delivery instructions must not request unattended delivery or release of cannabis to anyone who cannot legally receive the order.
6. ID, Credit Card, and Order Verification
All delivery orders must be validated at the time of delivery using the following:
- Purchaser’s valid government-issued photo ID;
- The physical credit card used for the order, where applicable;
- The delivery order number.
The purchaser must be available to meet the driver and verify their age and identity. The name on the ID, credit card, and order may be required to match.
If the recipient cannot provide the required verification, appears intoxicated, appears underage, refuses age or identity verification, or cannot legally receive the order, the delivery may be refused and the order may be cancelled.
7. Recipient Requirements
Cannabis orders must be received by an adult who meets the legal age requirement. Orders will not be left unattended, placed in mailboxes, left at doors, or released to minors.
The recipient may be required to provide a name, signature, and proof of age before the order is released.
8. Order Limits
Orders are subject to all applicable legal possession and purchase limits.
We reserve the right to adjust, refuse, or cancel any order that exceeds legal limits or appears to be intended for resale, diversion, or unlawful use.
9. Payment
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory issues, regulatory concerns, or other operational reasons.
10. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, potency information, pricing, and inventory may change without notice.
While we make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel orders, or substitute products only where permitted and approved by the customer.
11. Failed Delivery
A delivery may be considered failed if:
- No eligible adult is available to receive the order;
- Valid identification is not provided;
- The physical credit card or delivery order number cannot be validated, where required;
- The delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible;
- The recipient refuses the order;
- The recipient appears intoxicated or otherwise unable to lawfully receive cannabis;
- Delivery cannot be completed safely or legally.
Fees may apply for failed deliveries, redelivery attempts, or cancelled orders, where permitted by law.
12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All refunds are subject to our store’s refund policy.
Due to the regulated nature of cannabis products, returns and exchanges may be restricted. Cannabis products may not be eligible for return once delivered, except where required by law or where the product is defective, recalled, or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds, credits, or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require proof of purchase, product photos, or return of the product where legally permitted.
13. Responsible Use
Cannabis should be used responsibly and only by adults of legal age. Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in hazardous activities after consuming cannabis.
Keep cannabis products securely stored, out of reach of children, youth, and pets.
14. No Medical Advice
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Cannabis affects individuals differently. 15. Compliance With Law
